Thanks to funding from Global’s Make Some Noise campaign we are now able to focus on helping young people with additional needs (age 11-19) with their sleep issues.
This is an individual session with a Sleep Practitioner and the teen and parent(s) based at our Reading office.
- Sleep cycles & sleep needs
- The reasons behind night settling & night waking
- Strategies to feel less stressed when sleep training
- Parenting strategies for settling child to sleep & staying asleep
Delivered by trained Sleep Practitioners, who are parents of children with special/additional needs.
