Dads and Male Carers Support Group: Importance of Self Regulation Part 2 – Zoom

For birth fathers & male carers (adoptive parents, foster and kinship carers) of children who have experienced trauma/have special needs.

Topic: Importance of Self Regulation Part 2: recap of January’s session and additional strategies, including Brain Gym, ‘EFT’ and Heartmath.

Time: 7.30-9.30pm

Cost: £5 for Berkshire parent/carers, £10 for non-Berkshire parent/carers

Thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund this event is at minimal cost to dads and male carers. It will be led by specialist parenting practitioner Peter Burton. Other areas of PSC work receive no funding at all, for example our Helpline, so we are always grateful for any donations however large or small.
