Kinship Carers Support Group – Family Solicitor Q&A
A support group for family members who are caring for children who cannot be cared for by their birth parents (e.g. Grandparents, Aunts/Uncles, Family Friends).
This session will have guest speakers Lisa Lee and Sarah Benfield, family solicitors from Clifton Ingram Solicitors with experience of Special Guardianship issues.
They will talk about legal caring arrangements for grandparents and other kinship carers and answer any relevant questions.
Date: Wednesday 14 October
Time: 11am – 1pm
Cost: Free for Berkshire Kinship Carers. We have a limited number of free places for non-Berkshire Kinship Carers.
Zoom will ask you to register/sign in so please allow time for this before the event starts. The event link, ID and password will be in your Eventbrite booking confirmation email – click the ‘Go to online event page’ button. Please check your junk folder! A reminder will be sent on the morning of the event.

It will be lead by PSC TAS Specialist Parenting Practitioner Zobia Kalim.
