Mindful Music: Adopted, Foster and Kinship Children (Age 13-18, Berks/Oxon): Zoom
Listen – Create – Grow
Whole Step CIC and Parenting Special Children are looking to start Mindful Music workshops for young people aged 13-18, who are either adopted, living with Foster Carers or Kinship Carers in Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
Mindful Music helps us recall positive feelings and moments in our lives. These feelings are strengthened through drawing as we listen to music. The aim is to provide a relaxing, creative space to reduce stress and anxiety.
Sessions will be led by a specialist music therapist from Whole Step CIC and a PSC representative.
No experience of drawing is needed, and art materials will be provided. Ticket sales end on 29th June.
Date: Wednesday 6th July.
Cost: Free: Berkshire/Oxfordshire children and young people age 13-18 who are either adopted, living with Foster Carers or Kinship Carers.
Please book the attendee ticket in your CHILD’s name.
Please let us know if you book places and then cannot attend so we can allocate your places to waiting children.
