Sleep for parent/carers of children and young people with additional needs – Online Zoom Event
A workshop for Berkshire parent/carers who have children and young people with additional needs who struggle with their sleep.
We have a small number of tickets available for non-Berkshire families.
Our specialist Sleep Practitioners have all been trained by the Southampton NHS Sleep Service and have professional backgrounds in learning disability nursing, social work and teaching. Most importantly, they are also parent/carers of children and teenagers with additional needs.
Date: Friday 18th September
Time: 10.30am – 12.30pm
Cost: £5 for Berkshire families. £10 for Non-Berkshire families.
The webinar link and password will be in your booking confirmation email. Please check your junk folder!
We are very grateful to those who have donated to our Covid-19 Emergency Fund for funding this workshop. It will be lead by specialist sleep practitioner Helen Tracey and co-hosted by Jennie Kettell. Other areas of PSC work receive no funding at all, for example our Helpline, so we are always grateful for any donations however large or small.
If you haven’t attended a Zoom webinar before you may find this information helpful. We will be using the Q&A/Chat function to allow you to ask questions during the workshop. To access the webinar click the ‘Go to online event page’ button in your confirmation email. The webinars are best viewed on a PC or laptop. Please have the latest version of Zoom installed. You can download it here.
