The workshop will cover:

• Children’s sleep cycles and sleep needs
• The reasons behind night settling and night waking
• Strategies to feel less stressed when sleep training
• Strategies for settling your child to sleep, and staying asleep

Cost: Free for families of children & young people with additional needs who live, or attend a school, in the West Berkshire Council area. We are not able to offer places if you do not meet this criteria.

This course was commissioned and funded by Adult and Community Learning West Berkshire Council and will be lead by specialist sleep practitioners Helen Tracey and Helen Cattermole.
